CHC42021 Certificate IV in Community Services
This qualification reflects the role of community service workers who deliver and support person-centred services to individuals and groups. Workers may provide support, advocacy or interventions to individual persons, groups or communities across a range of services.
At this level, workers may be autonomous with limited responsibility within established parameters and may supervise others. Work may take place in a range of community service, case work or case management contexts.

RPL is available (on GCA application) to students with prior skills, knowledge, experience or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training, in a related area. RPL may reduce the duration or time needed for your course completion.

DELIVERY METHOD
All enrolled students are required to attend classes for 20 scheduled course contact hours per week over 2.5 days.
Students will also be required access to computer and internet in order to complete reading modules and assessments.”
